Terms of Service and End User License Agreement (EULA)

By accessing and/or using the messaging applications and services called RoleCast (our “Services”), owned and operated by ettammarmed.com (“the Developer”), you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions outlined below (the “Terms”).

Certain features of our Services may be subject to additional guidelines, terms, or rules that will be provided with those features. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Services (or any portions thereof) at any time.

2. License and Use of Our Services

Subject to these Terms, you are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable license to download, install, and use our Services for personal, non-commercial purposes.

Mobile App

When downloading our software from an App Store (e.g., Apple App Store, Google Play), you agree to the following:

• These Terms are between us and you, not the App Store. We, not the App Store, are responsible for our software.
• The App Store has no obligations regarding maintenance, support, or warranty claims for the app.
• The App Store is not responsible for addressing claims related to the app, including but not limited to product liability, consumer protection, or intellectual property infringement.
• You must comply with the terms of service of the respective App Store.

3. Acceptable Use and Conduct

You are responsible for how you use our Services, and you agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Disrupt or interfere with any systems or networks used to provide our Services.
• Harass, threaten, or bully other users.
• Share harmful or prohibited content (e.g., explicit, hateful, or illegal content).
• Impersonate another individual or misrepresent yourself.

12. End User License Agreement (EULA)

By downloading or using the RoleCast app, you agree to the following:

• You are granted a personal, limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the app for personal purposes only.
• You agree not to decompile, reverse engineer, or modify the app, or create derivative works based on the app.
• Updates or changes to the app may be installed automatically, and continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of those updates.
• The Developer reserves the right to terminate your access to the app if you violate any provisions of this EULA or the Terms.

13. General Provisions

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us. They are governed by the laws of the State of New York, and you consent to jurisdiction and venue in the courts of Nassau County, New York.
